INDUSTRIAL COATING

What is Industrial coating

Include application of protective or decorative coatings on various surfaces in industrial settings. This is typically done using an airless sprayer, which is a type of spray gun that uses high pressure to atomize the coating material into fine droplets.

The type of coating used can vary depending on the surface and the purpose of the coating. Some common types of coatings include:

Epoxy: a two-part resin that forms a hard, durable and chemically resistant coating, often used for flooring, walls and structural steel.

Polyurethane: a single-component or two-component coating that is flexible, abrasion resistant, and has excellent weather resistance, used in the protection of metal, wood, concrete and other surfaces.

Polyester Powder Coating: a type of thermoplastic coating applied in a dry powder form and cured under heat, often used for metal surfaces such as steel, aluminum and wrought iron.

Acrylic: a water-based coating that dries to a clear, flexible, and durable finish, commonly used for masonry, metal, and plastic surfaces.

Zinc Rich Primer: an anti-corrosion coating that contains zinc, used as a base coat for metal surfaces such as steel and iron to prevent rust and corrosion.

These are just a few examples, and the type of coating used will depend on the specific requirements of the project.
